Our preloved pieces are sourced from a variety of places and are hand-picked and prepared for resale. We source from

- Consignment and second-hand shops
- Online third-party platforms
Are your bags authentic?
Yes! You can shop confidently and you will receive an authentic piece from our shop. Our designer bags will come with a certificate of authenticity from Entrupy. You can read more about Entrupy here.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and then ship. All orders are fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible via USPS.
Can I cancel or return my order?
To continue providing quality sourced bags, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all product photos and read the descriptions fully before making a purchase. The bag condition is part of the description for full transparency.
Are the bags in good condition?
Our preloved designer handbags and our vintage bags come in varying conditions. Our bags will fall into one of the following categories:
Like New– Mint condition or new, no signs of wear, with or without original tags.
Very Good– No noticeable signs of wear.
Good– Slight signs of wear, as mentioned in the bag’s description and shown in the photographs.
Fair– Noticeable signs of wear, may need replacement parts or repairs, as mentioned in the bag description and shown in the photographs.
